Regular water aerobics classes in our indoor heated pool and, because it’s heated, it gives a therapeutic benefit as well. Our classes provide for a great workout, minimizing the risk of injury.  It is an excellent opportunity to improve the quality of life for those recovering from surgery or injury, those with arthritis and seniors who may have a problem with balance.  Classes emphasize toning, range of motion, endurance and flexibility.  We use buoyancy equipment for additional resistance for strengthening of the muscular and cardiovascular systems.

Seen any good movies lately?  Experience your favorites in the plush surroundings of our 42 seat stadium seating theatre on a 10’ screen and surround sound.  Of course, we didn’t forget the popcorn!

For peace of mind, we have included a personal emergency response system located in each apartment as well as 24 hour recorded camera surveillance on all entrances.  Live in staff is available for non-medical emergencies after business hours.
